You agree to indemnify and hold StrictlyWhips and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or yourself due to or arising out of content and goods purchased or otherwise made available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

You expressly understand and agree that StrictlyWhips and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, personal or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, personal or 3rd party injury, use, data or other intangible losses (even if StrictlyWhips has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

(i) the use or the inability to use the Service and products purchased from StrictlyWhips;

(ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service;

(iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or (v) any other matter relating to the Service.

On placing an order with strictlywhips.com you are bound by our terms and conditions.

All bespoke items (made to order ) are none returnable, please be sure that you understand this on payment.

You should aware that you cannot order an item and have made for you and expect to return it because you dont like it,its made for you bespoke,illustrations pictures and descriptions including measurements are appox  are only a guide for you to asses is suitability for your uses.

If you have any questions in regards to the item please get in touch before acceptring the terms.

Once its made and delivered its not possible for you to return it.

Any repairs or alterations items are subject to prior arrangements being made for a RMA number being issued by our customer services, all delivery costs and are paid for by customer any other fees incurred by us will be charged at cost plus packiing and handling charges.
